Dov Bar-Lieb: Putin is all KGB, but he is NOT an atheist. He goes to church as a Russian Orthodox Xtian and has a fondness for Chabad, specifically his good friend and "spiritual adviser" Rav Berel Lazar who accompanied Putin on his trip to Israel and to the Kotel at 1am.
