Inuit Sage: The North Wind has changed. It's moving toward Siberia. The shifting wind has changed this. We haven't had North Wind in a long time. There's more South Wind, but East Wind is now dominant. In the past, we hardly had East Wind. East Winds are strong and bring bad weather. The East Wind is now like the North Wind.
