Subject: Thank you

"Shalom,

I've been wanting to thank you for all the video goodies you sent my way, but I hardly ever use my computer. I have numb fingertips from chemo and usually use an iPod touch or tablet. Unfortunately, I can't access my YouTube inbox from any mobile device I have, so my mailbox just keeps on growing.

I tried to access your channel page today, but only a few bits and pieces show up (isolated icons). I sure hope you're not in Egypt. However, if you're in Israel, I will say a few prayers for you.

The Silk Road Ensemble was wonderful, and I already have the Bjork vid in my alternative music playlist. YT frequently removes it, but someone always manages to upload it again.

Stay safe and thanks again for all the interesting and varied videos you send.

Linnie from New York

Dear Linnie from New York,

Ur very welcome and happen to be ahead of the curve:

I reside in New York as well, a Townie of Rockland County/Town of Ramapo, around Monsey/New Square/Spring Valley, born and raised in EE. UU., although I have aspirations of being a Caregiver in the Middle East: i wanna be where the action is. that's where my corazon is, along the spice route-silk highway of yeshayahu 19. i'll be in america, until further notice.

apparently, Egypt and Jordan has been blocking YouTube videos, even mine, if you've listed yourself as a resident of the volatile region, as i have.

i have family members from East Asia who are wrestling with cancer, as well (my mom's a survivor). currently helping with caregiving, while simultaneously working on a documentary portrait. i find it strange how Filipinim in New England have been struggling similarly.

ur channel is pure delight, one of my favorites. and i am aware of your plight. i hope you are dancing [administrated by the awesome Loolwa Khazzoom of "Young, Jewish, and Left" and forerunner of the J.O.C. (Jews of Color) movement: Tapestry]

Israel, Egypt and Jordan has been on my radar for quite some time, and so have you Linnie.

Happy Chinese New Year of The Rabbi[t] and Shal-om!

Respectfully,

Eliyahu from Nueva York"
